Using only organic, activated cashews this cheese making technique uses a wheat rejuvelac for fermentation. A herbaceous and aromatic cheese, it has a thick, rich and earthy texture. Mix it into salads, or spread it on a cracker, put spoonfuls on pizzas, and dip into it with veggie crudites, this flavoursome spread makes a great stuffing.

Storage Instructions

The soft cheese stays best in freezer for 30-45 days. Whenever you need it, take it out of the freezer , and it'll be spreadable consistency in 15 mins. Use it and pop it back in the fridge!
Alternatively , you can keep it in the fridge for upto 10 days.
