This is where East and West merge magically to create a fusion cheese spread. A tangy and spicy cheese spread that’s perfect for the Indian palate, the Methiya no Masalo blends a traditional Gujarati pickle flavour with an underlying rich creamy layer made from organic activated cashews. Slather it on a hot thepla, rotli or paratha in a variegated thali or lightly spread it on khakhras or crackers - for a snack. You can even use it as a dipping sauce for a dhokla or samosa. The tickle of this cheesy pickle flavour will give an incredible pop to your dish!

The soft cheese stays best in freezer for 6 months from date of manufacture . Whenever you need it, take it out of the freezer , and it'll be spreadable consistency in 15 mins. Use it and pop it back in the fridge!
Alternatively , you can keep it in the fridge for upto 1 month from date of manufacture.
