The soft cheese stays best in freezer for 6 months from date of manufacture . Whenever you need it, take it out of the freezer , and it'll be spreadable consistency in 15 mins. Use it and pop it back in the fridge!
Alternatively , you can keep it in the fridge for upto 1 month from date of manufacture.
