This pungent smooth cheese spread made from a rich base of organic, activated cashews and organic tofu makes a wonderful and aromatic addition to any dish. Its creaminess enhances salads and it lends a sauciness to all baked dishes. Stuff it into jacket potatoes, mushrooms and eggplant and bake till it’s crispy brown and bubbly.

The soft cheese stays best in freezer for 6 months from date of manufacture . Whenever you need it, take it out of the freezer , and it'll be spreadable consistency in 15 mins. Use it and pop it back in the fridge!
Alternatively , you can keep it in the fridge for upto 1 month from date of manufacture.
